Mr. Ajay Narain
General Manager
LeasePlan Emirates

Ajay Narain has been the General Manager of LeasePlan Emirates since September 2011. Prior to moving to LeasePlan Emirates, Ajay was the CFO and Finance Director of LeasePlan India, a wholly owned subsidiary of LeasePlan Corporation, headquartered in New Delhi.  Ajay's successful carrier as Finance Director of LeasePlan India began in July 2005.

Previous to moving to India, Ajay worked at LeasePlan Corporation in Almere, Netherlands for six years in the Corporate Strategy and Development division of the company. In this role, he was primarily responsible for executing international mergers, acquisitions, divestments and alliances.  Before joining the LeasePlan Group, Ajay worked with GE Capital in the UK.

Mr. Narain holds a Masters Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School in Manchester, United Kingdom.  

Mr. Hicham Boueri
Commercial Director
LeasePlan Emirates

Hicham Boueri has been the Commercial Director of LeasePlan Emirates since May 2010.  Hicham has more than 18 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates, working for multinational companies such as Young & Rubicam, Nokia Middle East, Kodak Near East, and itsalat International (i2).

Since May 2010 Hicham has strengthened the Commercial Team by improving its internal structure and enhancing its external reach through a series of successful sales and marketing activities.  Furthermore, Hicham has been instrumental in growing LeasePlan Emirates' geographical reach to cover Dubai and the Northern Emirates.  

Mr. Boueri holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame University in Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon.

Mr. Jan Smit
Finance Manager
LeasePlan Emirates

Jan Smit has been the CFO and Finance Manager of LeasePlan Emirates since May 2010.  Prior to moving to LeasePlan Emirates Jan completed a successful six years with LeasePlan Corporation in Almere, Netherlands, where he was a member of the Corporate Strategy and Development team.  

Formerly a consultant at Bain & Company, Jan had the advantage of working on strategic projects for LeasePlan Corp., through Bain & Co. as early as 2002.  Commencing with his six year carrier at Bain & Co. and extending through his experience at Corporate Strategy and Development, Jan was uniquely positioned and qualified to assume the role of  LeasePlan Emirates Finance Manager.  

Mr. Smit has an Masters of Science Degree in Physics from Delft University, in the Netherlands, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg Business School, in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Robert Juthenholtz
Operations Director
LeasePlan Emirates

Robert Juthenholtz was one of the founding management team members to open the LeasePlan Emirates office in 2006, both fully witnessing and being a part of the company's expansion since its genesis.  Robert has over a decade of LeasePlan Group experience primarily based in Solna, Sweden as LeasePlan Sweden's ICT Director.

Robert has energetically expanded LeasePlan Emirates' supplier base, brokered new and improved supplier contracts and set the company on the trajectory of success it's on today.  

Mr. Juthenholtz is currently obtaining his Executive MBA from Henley Business School. 

Mr. Michael Castro
ICT Director
LeasePlan Emirates

Michael Castro worked as a Systems Analyst and was one of the original LeasePlan Emirates staff members when the company launched in 2006.  He was promoted to ICT Director in 2008. 

Prior to joining LeasePlan Emirates, Michael enjoyed over five years experience as an Information Analyst in the private sector, first working for United Overseas Bank Ltd. Followed by EDS International Ltd. both based in Singapore.

Mr. Castro has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA University in the Philippines.
